About

Let us care for you.

        Our Care Service

For those with learning disabilities and mental health concerns, Happi Carers offers individualised care and support that fosters choice, autonomy, and empowerment for a higher standard of living.

By providing mental health and learning disability support services based on the concepts of recovery, reablement, and rehabilitation, we hope to enable our clients to lead as independent a life as possible.

We prioritise the fulfilment of our service users and approach all of our care services with a person-centred perspective. We create individualised support plans that take into account the particular requirements, preferences, abilities, and circumstances of each individual service user in collaboration with them, their family, carers, and care providers.

ABOUT US

Happi Home Care

We don't think that home care can be standardised in any way to be really person-centred because so much of it is the same. For us our Carers are very important. We value them and make sure that they are Happi and can provide the best service possible.

The perception that home care was being done to people rather than for them is what led to the shift towards person-centred care. Nowadays, a lot of home care agencies talk about focussing on clients' needs and wishes, but how can the quality of their service have increased if they haven't altered their methodology?

We think that a provider must rethink their processes and procedures in order to give high-quality home care because deeds speak louder than words. One of the earliest caregiver-centric businesses in the UK is ours. Rather than only emphasising the value of our caretakers.

"What does this mean for our carers?" is the first question we ask ourselves before making any decisions.

We believe that carers should receive greater compensation, improved assistance, and loyalty incentives. In the absence of these, a home care service may have a high staff turnover rate, which could result in uneven care and possibly a different carer every day. We understand that you don't want to entrust your family's support to someone making minimum wage, and that once you get accustomed to a carer, it's critical that they remain in your home.

Our method provides unhurried, reliable, high-quality home care from carers who are motivated to help and who are employed by a company that supports their ability to help.
